Draymond Green wasn’t messing around.
Earlier in the week, it was reported that Green got into a “physical altercation” with teammate Jordan Poole during a Golden State Warriors practice and that Green “forcefully struck” Poole. Oh boy, did he ever.
TMZ Sports obtained video of the incident that shows Green walking up to Poole before Poole gives him a two-hand push to the chest.
That’s when Green responds by firing off a right cross directly on the button. The punch appears to have knocked out Poole, who crumbled to the ground.

The Warriors attempted to downplay the incident after reports initially surfaced.
“These things happen. Nobody likes it. We don’t condone it, but it happens,” Warriors general manager Bob Myers said. “Draymond apologized to the team. Jordan was there in the room … as far as any suspension, punishment, fine, we will handle that internally.”
It will be interesting to see what happens next, but after a punch like that you’d have to think the relationship between Green and Poole is beyond repair.
