Forget Saquon Barkley and Shaquem Griffin. The best thing that happened during the NFL Scouting Combine was former Cleveland Browns coaches reportedly meeting up for a “Fired Browns Coaches” party at a local restaurant. ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler broke the news of this get together.
Best story I heard from NFL combine: A small group of former Browns coaches held a fired Browns coaches party at a local restaurant in Indianapolis.

Where did the group of Browns survivors meet up? Adam Schefter says it was at Rock Bottom, which sounds like a joke but in reality it’s a brewery located a mile away from Lucas Oil Stadium.
And it was at – no joke a Rock Bottom…. https://t.co/aB8d2bKncR

Sadly neither Fowler nor Schefter provided details beyond it being a “small group.” The potential list of attendees is obviously an expansive one given how many coaches the franchise goes through. Mike Pettine, Pat Shurmur, Romeo Crennel, Rob Chudzinski, etc. — not to mention former assistant coaches.
