Vegas is going to be LIT once this new stadium is built

Not that Vegas isn’t already lit, but when it comes to sports, it looks like it’s going to be a destination city. It sounds like they’re basically aiming to host any and every big sporting event at some point in the future.

The Raiders president spoke for just two minutes, but he laid out more specifics on the team’s efforts to attract the Super Bowl, NFL Draft and FIFA World Cup to Las Vegas within the next decade.
The Raiders are working with the NFL to bring the Super Bowl and the league’s draft to Las Vegas within the next seven years. Badain said the draft could be conducted in Las Vegas as early as 2019 or 2020, while the team is shooting for a Super Bowl in either 2024 or 2025.
Badain also said he and board Chairman Steve Hill will travel next week to Houston to participate in the second round of bidding to host a site for the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

Now hopefully gambling will be legal by then.
