Texas cops are looking for a Scumbag Cowboys fan who pulled an armed robbery of a 7-Eleven back in July where the Scumbag got away with a 12-pack of what looks like Budweiser. I’ve seen Scumbag moves from Cowboys fans, but this might be the ultimate in Scumbag moves.
Bro, no need to put a gun to the face of a clerk. Just walk out with the 12-pack and all you’re looking at is theft. Now you’re being hunted for armed robbery. I knew Cowboys fans were mostly stupid, but this takes it to a whole new level.
Let’s go to CBS Dallas for some details:
The video shows a male subject enter the store and walk past the front register. He heads to the back of the store, grabs a 12 pack of beer then walks toward the front of the store.
The man then takes out a handgun and points it at the clerk before leaving without paying for his beer.
Police described the thief’s clothing that day as a blue baseball hat, black shirt, grey shorts and black tennis shoes.
That’s the square D Cowboys hat like Tony Romo wears. I’ve seen that thing a few times on Fox during the late games where Joe & Troy make it seem like the Boys are 10-2 when they’re 6-6. Don’t act like you’ve never seen that hat.
Let’s take a look at what aggravated armed robbery can get you in Texas.
Aggravated Robbery, however, is a far more serious charge. It is classified as a first degree felony, which carries up to 99 years in prison. It also carries a potential $10,000 fine. You could be facing this serious charge if you are accused of committing a robbery, as defined above, and in the commission of that offense, you:
-
Cause serious bodily injury to another,
-
Use or exhibit a deadly weapon, or
-
Cause bodily injury to another or threaten or place another in fear of injury or death when that person is either 65 years old or disabled.
