Looks Like Roger Clemens Will be in Game Shape For the NBC World Series

Most years, the National Baseball Congress World Series goes by without a whimper — but not this summer. The big buzz surrounding the event this year is that the Kansas Stars, a team headlined by Roger Clemens and other former MLBers (Josh Beckett, Chipper Jones, J.D. Drew, Roy Oswalt, etc.), will be competing to see if they still got it.
Now, you might be a little worried about The Rocket since he’s like 53 now, but don’t fret. Last month, Roger was spotted at Plex performance center in Houston getting his sweat on and keeping up with the young guns:

His son, Koby, who is also on the team, was also grinding:

If you want to see Roger and the gang, you’ll have to act fast — The Wichita Eagle reports tickets are going fast.
