Here’s a pretty basic contest the Rangers put on yesterday: come to Globe Life Park, try and hit a home run, and if you do, you get free season tickets. Only rules are you can’t be a current pro or college player and you have to put a 25 percent deposit down for the tickets.
This is Byron Anderson. He put down $2000 and on his third swing he took that pitching machine yard.

Bet the Rangers weren’t expecting that. They probably thought this was just an easy way to make a little money and have some fans come out to the park. Next thing they know Byron is hitting a tank and winning his family 4 free season tickets.
