The Buffalo Bills have been hit with some rough PR this week thanks to offensive line coach, Aaron Kromer, who allegedly punched a boy and threatened his family over some beach chairs. Fortunately, head coach Rex Ryan and his good vibes had a skydive scheduled this morning with the U.S. Army Golden Knights Parachute Team to help everyone forget that nasty incident ever occurred.
The Bills’ Twitter account documented Rex’s 12,500 foot freefall — and it was glorious:

This plane will carry Rex 12,500 feet up, then he'll free fall for 60 seconds.

As for why Rex would opt to jump out of a plane, he had a simple response:
Q: What made you want to jump from the plane today?
Rex: "I like living." pic.twitter.com/skFKpEwa9s

Enough of the build-up, here’s Rex living his life to the fullest:

Just a textbook asslanding by Rex, we’d expect nothing less from the guy.
