I guess this means LeBron isn’t firing David Blatt and bringing back Mike Brown, the guy who is still being paid by the Cavs after being fired in 20014. Actually, the Cavs will pay Mike about $4 million a year for a couple more seasons. That said, Mike seems to be done with Cleveland. He’s dumping his massive 7,500 sq. ft. suburban Cleveland pad for just $2,400,000.
It’s not a bad time to be Mike. The Lakers paid him $7 million over the 2013-14 and this past season to stay away from their team. Add that to the money the Cavs owe him and Mike has a pretty impressive nest egg built up of money he’ll make without working.
