In case you were wondering, life is still awesome for Tigers pitcher Justin Verlander.
He’s golfed in ridiculous outfits with David Price, celebrated a birthday, and met Jack White in the first two weeks of spring training. It’s almost like the offseason never ended!
Then on Sunday, JV celebrated his successful spring training start with the girlfriend, Kate Upton. Their restaurant of choice? Bern’s Steak house, which has 4.5 stars on Yelp (and four $$$$ signs). These two love Bern’s.
That’s about two $$ signs too many for me, but when you’re loaded like these two, you can drop hundreds on wine alone. Not sure if the baseball wine glass is Verlander’s or courtesy of the restaurant, but either way, it’s a nice touch.
