For the second consecutive game, the Chicago Bears laid a massive egg to once again prove they are nothing but another preseason hype team.
The Bears were shellacked by Aaron Rodgers on Sunday Night Football, allowing Mr. Discount Double Check to throw six touchdowns passes in a 55-14 Packers rout. As for Jay Cutler, he had another laid back game of pure meh—completing 22-of-37 of his passes for 272 yards, one touchdown, and two interceptions.
This was the last straw for “the last Jay Cutler supporter in Chicago,” who at 8:39 pm CST took to his backyard to burn his (and his son’s) No. 6 jersey.
