The Kentucky football team finished the 2023 season with a 7-6 record but was just 3-5 in SEC play. It was a good start to the season before things went downhill for the Wildcats, and it seems like frustration boiled over.
In a video that made the rounds on social media, two members of the Kentucky football team can be seen fighting inside the locker room.
Punches are thrown before there is a suplex, and some ground-and-pound before teammates break things up.

According to fans who identified him, the player who suplexed his teammate was 6-foot-6, 356-pound offensive lineman Jeremy Flax, who declared for the 2024 NFL Draft.
The other player wasn’t identified.
It’s certainly not a good look for the Kentucky program, and head coach Mark Stoops will likely be unhappy about the video. Even if he knew that it happened, this isn’t the kind of image you want about your program circulating in the public.
Usually, when fights happen between teammates, it is on the practice field.
But all the Wildcats can do now is look forward to the 2024 campaign and hope that things get better.
