According to former NFL player Brandon Marshall, there could have been a lot of drama going down at Super Bowl 58 involving Taylor Swift and Kanye West.
During the latest edition of the Paper Route podcast, Marshall claimed that Swift had Ye kicked out of Allegiant Stadium after learning of a planned stunt.
Marshall claims that Kanye had bought a ticket to the Super Bowl and planned on sitting directly in front of Taylor Swift’s suite.
“Kanye West pulls up to Vegas buys a ticket right in front of Taylor Swift’s booth, he had a mask on with his logo on the mask,” Marshall said. “Taylor Swift gets p-ssed off and she makes a call or two. Everybody’s involved, he gets kicked out the stadium…He tried to leverage her celebrity…that’s what he tried to do, sit on front of Taylor Swift.”
It is kind of a weak move by Kanye, but if we are being honest, it would have led to some hilarious memes.
Even though Kanye was allegedly kicked out of the stadium, he still made a Super Bowl appearance thanks to a minimalist, $7 million ad during the game.
“Hey y’all, this is Ye, and this is my commercial,” he said in the 30-second spot. “And since we spent all the money on the commercial spot, we actually – we didn’t spend any money on the actual commercial. But the idea is I want you to go to Yeezy.com.”
Among the mass of cool ad at the SuperBowl, Kanye West especially stood out.
He bought the slot for $7 million to show a video recorded on the front camera in which he pronounces his website’s name.

At the end of the day, there was no celebrity drama to distract from the game.
And Swift got to celebrate on the field with her boyfriend, Travis Kelce, after winning back-to-back Super Bowls.
