Super Bowl 58 is officially set, with the Kansas City Chiefs set to take on the San Francisco 49ers in The Big Game on Sunday, February 11, at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas, Nevada.
Patrick Mahomes led the Chiefs to their fourth Super Bowl appearance in five years with an impressive road victory over the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game. In the NFC Championship, the 49ers overcame a 17-point deficit at the half to earn a 34-31 victory over the Detroit Lions.
In the coming weeks, media members will make their way to Vegas to cover the event, and The Luxor Hotel & Casino on The Strip has been designated as the media hotel. But there’s a twist.
The Luxor is known for its unique pyramid shape and a Sphinx statue in front of the entrance. For Super Bowl 58, the hotel will transform into a giant Doritos chip. Arash Markazi of The Messenger showed a photo of the hotel across the street from Allegiant Stadium.

That’s some quality advertisement right there.
If the Doritos logo is plastered on The Luxor throughout the entire week leading up to Super Bowl 58, there will be plenty of aerial views showing the chip brand’s logo in all of its glory. And I don’t know about you, but having the Doritors logo in my face at all hours of the day will likely lead to me picking up a few bags to snack on during the Super Bowl viewing party.
Brilliant.
Kickoff between the Chiefs and 49ers at Allegiant Stadium is set for 6:30 p.m. ET on CBS. Get your Doritos ready.
