The PGA Tour is back and the 2024 season officially gets underway on Thursday, January 4, with Round 1 of The Sentry — formerly known as The Sentry Tournament of Champions — at The Plantation Course at Kapalua in Maui, Hawaii.
Defending champion Jon Rahm will not participate in the tournament after his shocking departure to LIV Golf.
Among the golfers teeing up in this year’s Sentry are World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler, Jordan Spieth, Viktor Hovland, Collin Morikawa, Xander Schauffele, Rickie Fowler, and more.
The winner will take home $3.6 million out of a $20 million purse.
You can watch the tournament by checking out TV coverage from Golf Channel and NBC, while ESPN+ and Peacock will offer streaming coverage throughout the tournament.
Round 1 coverage will air on the Golf Channel from 6:00 p.m. ET to 10:00 p.m. ET.
