The Netflix Cup is finally set to take place on Tuesday, November 14, at the Wynn Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nevada. It’s the streaming giant’s first-ever live golf tournament that will pit stars from the PGA Tour against Formula One stars.
The crossover sporting event comes ahead of the debut of the Formula 1 Heineken Silver Las Vegas Grand Prix which will take place on the Las Vegas Strip in the Entertainment Capital of the World from November 16-18.
The inaugural Netflix Cup — which is an eight-hole match — will begin at 6:00 p.m. ET and stream live on the platform.
As the home of the hit sports docuseries’ Full Swing and Drive to Survive, which highlight the lives of pro golfers and F1 drivers, Netflix was a natural home for the event.
Participants in The Netflix Cup include:
- Formula 1 Drivers: Alex Albon, Pierre Gasly, Lando Norris, and Carlos Sainz
- PGA TOUR Golfers: Rickie Fowler, Max Homa, Collin Morikawa, and Justin Thomas
