The Texas State Bobcats and Rice Owls are going head-to-head in the First Responders Bowl at Gerald J. Ford Stadium in Dallas, Texas on Thursday night.
Unfortunately, there is a bit of a shortage that is impacting some of the fans.
According to reports, Texas State fans have been indulging in adult beverages and have drank all of the alcohol available in their half of the stadium.
That has led to everyone flocking to the Rice side of the stadium which is now running low on its own supply.
RedditCFB can confirm earlier reports: Texas State has consumed all alcohol available on their side of Gerald Ford Stadium.
Beer is in incredibly low supply on the Rice side, but sections 104 and 106 appear to have the most stocked supplies.#CapitalJjournalism #beerwatch pic.twitter.com/S0I4msx7ka

Texas State was so quick to finish their beer, in fact, that the supply was gone by halftime.
Seeing the #TXST side of Ford Stadium is already out of beer. Not even halftime yet. Light work for the Bobcat faithful. Well done.

How can you not be prepared for this? It’s the most on-brand thing to happen in bowl season.
Texas State is also taking care of business on the field, with the Bobcats holding a 38-21 lead at the time of this writing (6 minutes remaining in the third quarter).
By the time the final whistle blows, the only thing that will be left in the stadium is a handful of Bud Lights.
