An arrest warrant has been issued for NFL star Von Miller after he allegedly assaulted a pregnant woman in Dallas, Texas.
TMZ Sports reported the news that the 34-year-old Buffalo Bills pass rusher and the woman had “a verbal argument” which then turned physical.
The alleged incident occurred on November 29 at approximately 11 a.m.
According to authorities, the woman was treated for minor injuries but was not hospitalized.
Miller had left the scene before they arrived.
Miller is facing a third-degree felony charge of assaulting a pregnant person, but has not been arrested as of Thursday morning.
The Bills are currently on a bye week.
“This morning, we were made aware of an incident involving Von Miller,” the Bills said in a statement. “We are in the process of gathering more information and will have no further comment at this point.”
Miller joined the Bills in 2022 on a six-year, $120 million contract.
