Nina Agdal has had enough of the trolling from Dillon Danis.
Danis, who is set to face Agdal’s fiancé Logan Paul in a boxing match next month, has engaged in non-stop trolling that has crossed the line. Last month, Danis began leaking photos of Agdal in intimate encounters, with one of the photos being an uncensored, explicit image.
Now, Agdal is suing Danis and filing for a restraining order against him.
Agdal filed the lawsuit in court on Wednesday, according to TMZ Sports, claiming Danis has posted more than 250 times about her. Agdal says she has suffered “humiliation, emotional distress, and reputational harm” and that the sexually-explicit photo violated federal and state law.

“Danis posted the photograph — entirely uncensored — from his X (Twitter) account, without Plaintiff’s consent,” Agdal’s lawsuit said. “Later that day, Danis reposted the explicit photograph in order to maximize the number of views it would receive.”
Agdal says that the images and video that have been shared were in her Snapchat archive and that “Danis had hacked [her] personal account or had obtained the private video from someone who had done so.”
After news of the lawsuit surfaced, Danis took to social media to comment on the situation.
“Nina Adgel has filed a massive lawsuit against me. She filed a restraining order against me and is seeking prison time, so the fight is in jeopardy if I’m in jail,” Danis wrote. This is actually wild but I won’t stop f*ck the system come get me. Logan Paul is a dead man walking.”
It’s important to note that Agdal is not seeking prison time. She is simply asking for $150,000 for posting images that violate federal law.

Of course, Danis doesn’t seem to be backing down, so it will be interesting to see how far he continues to go and what the lawsuit will ultimately lead to.
If the fight between Paul and Danis eventually does take place, it will go down on October 14 in Manchester, United Kingdom. In the main event, YouTuber KSI will face Tommy Fury.
