Happy Friday, ladies and gentlemen, we’ve made it through another week. Now, I don’t know about all of you, but the energy is lacking this morning after the Florida Panthers and Carolina Hurricanes decided to keep us up until the wee hours in the morning until the Panthers scored an overtime winner with seconds left in the fourth overtime. I love playoff hockey, but there comes a time when enough is enough and us folks need to go to bed. I’m just thankful there wasn’t a fifth overtime. Lakers fans, meanwhile, probably missed the overtime madness as they slept away their sorrows with LeBron and company dropping a second straight game to the Nuggets. But it’s okay, there’s still time to bounce back. Today, we have more playoff action in the NBA and NHL, along with Round 2 of the PGA Championship. So let’s get right to it, and check out some of the headlines we may have missed.
- Meet Olivia Fabry, a track and field star at Notre Dame.
- A Florida Man was arrested for throwing deli meat at a police officer.
- Here are the Round 2 tee times for the PGA Championship.
- Livvy Dunne helped ring the bell at the NYSE along with a number of other SI Swimsuit models for the launch of this year’s edition of the magazine.
- Tyson Fury rips “little p*ssy” Joe Rogan over Rogan’s Jon Jones comments.
- A Wisconsin teenager allegedly helped steal $600K from sports betting accounts.
- Bryson DeChambeau drills fellow golfer Kenny Pigman was an errant shot at the PGA Championship.
- No one is watching LIV Golf, at least that’s what their latest move suggests.

Even the crew in the TNT studio had enough of the sloppy overtime play and were ready for bed.
