The NBA Playoffs are winding down and the conference championships are upon us. On Tuesday night, the Western Conference Finals officially kick off on ESPN.
In the primetime showdown, LeBron James and the Los Angeles Lakers look to continue their run through the postseason when they travel to Ball Arena for a meeting with two-time league MVP Nikola Jokic and the Denver Nuggets.
The Nuggets steamrolled the Phoenix Suns in the semifinals to punch their ticket to the conference championship. LeBron and company, meanwhile, were able to take care of business and bring an end to the Golden State Warriors dynasty. Both series’ were clinched in 6 games.
Now, a spot in the NBA Final is on the line.
Tip-off is set for 8:30 p.m. ET.
Entering Tuesday night’s game, the Nuggets are solid 6-point favorites over the visiting Lakers while the over/under for the game is set for 222 total points.
