We’ve finally made it. The Final Four is set to officially tip-off on Saturday, April 1, as we learn who will punch their tickets to the national championship game. The national semifinals will be held at the Final Four site at NRG Stadium in Houston, Texas live on CBS.
It’s been one of the most upset-filled tournaments we have ever seen in NCAA Tournament history, with three programs making their first-ever Final Four appearances and zero top-three seeds reaching the national semifinals for the first time in history.
UConn enters as the highest seed at No. 4, while No. 5 Miami, No. 5 San Diego State, and No. 9 Florida Atlantic round out the top five.
The action will get underway at 6:09 p.m. ET with San Diego State taking on Florida Atlantic, with the nightcap between Miami and UConn taking place in primetime.
The 2023 NCAA Tournament national championship game will be held on Monday, April 3.
