Ex-Wisconsin WR Marcus Randle El Convicted In Shooting Deaths Of 2 Women

Marcus Randle El, the brother of former Pittsburgh Steelers star Antwaan Randle El and a former Wisconsin wide receiver, has been convicted in the shooting deaths of two women.

Randle El was charged with two counts of first-degree homicide this week for the shooting deaths of Brittany McAdory, 27, and Seairaha Winchester, 30, in February 2020.

According to a report from USA Today, Randle El killed Winchester because he thought she was informing police about his drug dealing, while he killed McAdory because she witnessed him murder Winchester.

Randle El was also convicted of being a felon in possession of a firearm and one count of operating a vehicle without consent while possessing a weapon.

A murder weapon has not been directly linked to Randle El, but surveillance footage and text messages tie him to the crimes.

Randle El, who was a wide receiver for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2004 to 2007, will be sentenced on May 3.
