Cristiano Ronaldo and Manchester United agreed to mutually part ways, and it could prove to be a great business decision for the Portuguese soccer star.
According to a report from Marca, Ronaldo is reportedly “close” to a deal with Saudi Arabian club Al Nassr that would pay the six-time Ballon d’Or winner a staggering $207.3 million PER YEAR.
The mammoth deal would reportedly be for 3.5 years.
The 37-year-old Ronaldo would also receive compensation for the wages he would have earned over the final six months of his contract with Manchester United.

According to reports, the Saudi Arabian league is hoping that Ronaldo playing in their domestic league would help a bid to host the 2030 World Cup because the star forward could serve as an ambassador for the country.
There are reports that Ronaldo is open to remaining in Europe, but he will be weighing all of his options and $200 million a year is hard for anyone to pass up.
Before Ronaldo makes his next move, he will continue his campaign with Portugal in the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar. Portugal sits atop Group H and has punched its ticket to the knockout stage of the tournament.
