Friday’s NHL game between the Nashville Predators and Colorado Avalanche has been postponed.
The NHL was forced to postpone the game on Friday after a water main break caused major flooding in Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena.
Video that surfaced online shows the floor of Bridgestone Arena under a significant amount of water.

The NHL will be working to find a new date for the Predators and Avalanche game, and it could be forced to reschedule additional games if the arena is not ready in time for this weekend’s game with the Columbus Blue Jackets which is currently booked for Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. ET.
Nashville currently sits at 9-9-2 on the season, while the Avalanche are 11-6-1.
Along with the Predators-Avalanche game, the Music City Hockey Classic between Northeastern and Western Michigan — which is scheduled for tonight — could be forced to move.
