The 2022 college football season is now in full swing and it’s time to see some updated rankings. On Sunday, September 25, the USA TODAY Sports AFCA Coaches Poll released its Week 5 top 25 to give us a look at how the competition looks around the college football world.
Georgia retains the No. 1 spot in the rankings with 34 first-place votes, followed by the Alabama Crimson Tide, who received 26 first-place votes of their own.
Ohio State picked up the remaining four first-place votes and sits in third, followed by Michigan and Clemson to round out the top 5.
