It’s going to be a trippy weekend in Ann Arbor, Michigan this weekend.
According to MLive.com, the University of Michigan has approved a request to host Entheofest, a “festive celebration of entheogenic plants and fungi, including psychedelic mushrooms” on campus.
The festival will take place on Sunday, September 18.
The festival celebrates entheogenic plants and fungi, including ayahuasca, ibogaine, mescaline, peyote, and psilocybin mushrooms.
However, the festival does ask that no one partakes in taking any psychedelic substances during the event and is prohibiting vendors from selling any substances. Michigan decriminalized entheogenic plants in 2019.
The festival will kick off at 1:11 p.m. and run through 4:20 p.m.
