Arch Manning has made his decision.
The highly-touted five-star quarterback, whose recruitment was the talk of the country, took to social media on Thursday to announce he has committed to the Texas Longhorns. Manning was the No. 1 recruit in the country.
Texas had been believed to be in the driver’s seat for the past few weeks, and now it is official.

The news comes shortly after Manning’s high school teammate and top target three-star tight end Will Randle also committed to Texas.
