Swanigan was a consensus first-team All-American and Big Ten Player of the Year during the 2017 season with the Boilermakers. He went on to be a first-round pick of the Trail Blazers in the 2017 draft. After a brief stint with the Kings, Swanigan returned to the Trail Blazers in 2020.
Our deepest condolences go out to Swanigan’s family and friends during this incredibly difficult and tragic time.
