New Orleans Saints star Alvin Kamara has been arrested in Las Vegas and is behind bars at Clark County jail after being booked on a charge of battery resulting in serious bodily injury. The charge is a felony in the state of Nevada.
The 26-year-old running back has been accused of beating someone up at a nightclub on Saturday night.
Police responded to a local hospital at 5:50 p.m. local time where a patient informed the Las Vegas Metro Police Department that they were battered at a local nightclub. Kamara was identified as the suspect.
Kamara was located and taken into custody without incident after the Pro Bowl on Sunday.
