According to the oddsmakers, Michigan head coach Jim Harbaugh is the favorite to land the job at 2-to-1 odds. Raiders interim coach Rich Bisaccia is close behind at 5-to-1, followed by former Philadelphia Eagles head coach Doug Pederson.
