The College Football Playoff is just days away with the national semifinals set to take place: Michigan vs. Georgia and Alabama vs. Cincinnati. But who will fans in the United States be rooting for?

With so much excitement for the upcoming games, SportsBetting.ag tracked more than 100,000 posts on Twitter over the past two weeks to determine who each state will be rooting for when the games take place.

The betting website tracked geotagged Twitter data, including fan hashtags in every state. For example, #GoBlue, #RollTide, #GoDawgs, and #GoBearcats.

Michigan has the most states backing it with a whopping 29, followed by Alabama.

This season’s Playoff Semifinals will take place Friday, December 31, 2021, at the Goodyear Cotton Bowl Classic and the Capital One Orange Bowl, while the College Football Playoff National Championship will be Monday, January 10, 2022, at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis, Indiana.
