Travis Hunter and Deion Sanders have shocked the college football world.
On National Signing Day, rumors began to swirl that Hunter, who is the nation’s No. 1 recruit, would be flipping from Florida State to Jackson State. The five-star recruit’s decision to sign with Deion’s FCS program is monumental and officially shakes up the recruiting world that has been blown wide open in the NIL era.
Rumors have surfaced that Hunter has agreed to a NIL deal with Barstool Sports and Penn National Gaming that is worth seven figures.
Hunter has been described as a “generational talent” and compared to Charles Woodson by 247 Sports.
