The Dallas Cowboys pulled an incredible power move for Sunday’s game against the Washington Football Team at FedEx Field.
Because they could, the Cowboys brought their own benches to place on the sidelines — because their equipment is obviously so superior they would never sit on a basic bench from a division rival.
Now, I’m not sure this has ever been done before, but it’s apparently perfectly legal.

Mitchell Tischler of NBC Sports Washington said that “the opposing team controls their sideline so FedEx/WFT can’t stop it. The more I look at this thing, the crazier it is – Jerry Jones is really going for it”
As if the #Cowboys couldn’t be any more contemptible, they flew in their own sideline benches for the game … first time and only team that’s ever done that at FedEx … wild #WashingtonFootball pic.twitter.com/Qu46kPmP5P

We’ll have to see if bringing their own benches helps the Cowboys deliver the big win that head coach Mike McCarthy guaranteed.
