Jimbo Fisher decided to stick with the Texas A&M Aggies despite another season of being linked to the LSU football program.
LSU eventually decided to roll with former Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly as the new head coach. But before they landed on Kelly, the Tigers were reportedly prepared to offer a boatload of cash to Fisher in an attempt to lure him to Baton Rouge.
According to Brett McMurphy of the Action Network, LSU was prepared to offer an 8-year, $125 million deal to Fisher.

That’s a boatload of cash, but for now, the team will see how the Brian Kelly era works out.
Kelly was introduced as the school’s new head football coach this month and the Tigers have hope that he will be able to lead them to the promised land.
