Zion Williamson has yet to make his debut this season after surgery on his broken foot. Williamson has received a lot of flack on social media about his weight, and now even Shaq and Barkley are getting in on the jokes.
While discussing Williamson on Inside the NBA, Chuck and Shaq had the time of their lives roasting the New Orleans Pelicans star.
The video below shows Barkley’s thoughts on Zion’s recent physique that causes Shaq to lose it.
Charles Barkley said “it looks like me & Shaq had a baby” when he saw Zion Williamson’s weight gain for the first time 😳

The thought of Shaq and Barkley having a baby is the nightmare of most and a beautiful dream to offensive line coaches. The comment was a dig at the rumors that Zion is dipping over 300 pounds in his rehab from his foot injury.
Barkley went on after his jokes to say that he is worried about Zion’s career and health.
"When I got to the NBA, I was fat and lazy. Moses [Malone] made me a man." – Charles Barkley

Barkley has long stated that Moses Malone told him he was fat, and it lit a fire in Sir Charles that made him a better player and man. Barkley reiterated that statement last night, and maybe his digs are in hopes that Zion will try to change his physical appearance. Williamson is still a little way out from returning, but with injuries already piling up with the 21-year-old, one can’t help but wonder if his weight is playing a role in his injuries.
