Week 6 of the NFL season will finish up tonight with the Bills and Titans on Monday Night Football.

In the meantime, yesterday’s games gave fans plenty to talk about while we play Monday morning quarterback and reflect on what went on across the league.

A winless team found their first victory, while an undefeated Cardinals team continued to stay hot.

Let’s dive into the biggest stories of Week 6.

Jaguars Find A Victory In London

Week 6 started with an early morning kickoff in London when the Dolphins and Jaguars met in a game from which many didn’t expect fireworks. The Jaguars got their first win of the season in dramatic fashion with a game-winning 54 yd field goal from Matthew Wright. With so much negative press surrounding the Jaguars, it was nice to see the players finally have a reason to celebrate.

Ravens Dominate Surging Chargers

The Los Angeles Chargers were coming off the most exciting game of Week 5 with their victory over the Browns. The Chargers were rewarded with a matchup against the Baltimore Ravens and Lamar Jackson. Jackson and the Ravens had this game in hand from the beginning. The Ravens rolled the top team in the AFC West 6-34. Baltimore is starting to look like a real threat for the AFC crown.

How ‘Bout Them Cowboys?

Don’t look now but, the Dallas Cowboys are back. The Cowboys’ offense is firing on all cylinders, with Dak Prescott having another monster game with 445 yds passing and 3 TD. The Dallas defense has a star on their hands with Trevon Diggs. Diggs has 7 INTs with 2 returned for 2 TDs on the season. New England is still trying to find their identity with Mac Jones under center. The rebuild around Jones may take longer than expected for fans of the Patriots. The Cowboys will win the NFC East with ease, barring a catastrophe occurring in Dallas.

It’s Time To Take The Cardinals Seriously

The Arizona Cardinals are the real deal, and they are proving it against quality opponents. The Cardinals railroaded the Cleveland Browns yesterday in Cleveland, 37-14. Cardinals QB Kyler Murray has a dangerous weapon everywhere he looks on the field. Now with the team adding Zach Ertz, this offense will be more exciting than they already are.

Steelers Defeat Seahawks In OT Sunday Night

Russell Wilson missed his first game in his career after injuring his finger last week in a loss to the Los Angeles Rams. Wilson’s replacement Geno Smith played well, but the Seahawks missed the firepower and leadership that Wilson brings to the game. The Steelers have now won two straight before heading into their by week. The Steelers’ defense continues to be the nucleus of this team, while Big Ben and the offense did just enough to win on an emotional night for Steelers fans.

The one thing that the Seahawks did win last night was being the joke of Week 6. Before the game, Russell Wilson ran imaginary two-minute drills while every camera in the stadium was pointed at him. Wilson looked like a kid making plays in the backyard by himself in the strangest thing of the week. Wilson loves the game, and he may love the attention.

Then there was Jamal Adams. Adams claimed he was the best in the nation in his intro during the beginning of the game. It turns out you can’t call yourself the best in the nation when you allow an interception to bounce off your face mask. Adams has yet to record an interception this season.
