NFL Week 3 Current Betting Odds

Panthers (-3.5) at Texans

The Panthers are off to a 2-0 start on the young season as Sam Darnold looks to be enjoying his change of scenery. The Texans are coming off more than a loss to the Browns as starting QB Tyrod Taylor left the Week 2 game with a leg injury. Easy money could be found in this matchup with Carolina as only a -3.5 favorite.

Bears at Browns (-9.5)

The Browns and Bears put their first wins in the column in Week 2, as the Browns handled the Texans, and the Bears defense stifled the Bengals offense. This game could see rookie Justin Fields get his first NFL start after Bears starter Andy Dalton left their Week 2 game early. Browns look to be heavy favorites going into this matchup, with so much uncertainty within the Bears offense.

Bengals at Steelers (-7)

These AFC North rivals are both looking to forget their performances in Week 2. Both teams sit at 1-1 on the young season, and both teams want to get that first victory against an AFC North foe. The Steelers are the favorites here, as the Bengals have only won twice in the past ten years at Pittsburgh.

Washington at Bills (-9)

The Bills earned their first win convincingly, blanking the Dolphins in Week 2 35-0. Buffalo looks to be heavy favorites in Week 3 as the Washington Football Team comes to town. The Bills covered the spread 63% of the time a season ago. Betting on Buffalo has worked out more often than not.

Falcons at Giants (-2.5)

Two teams looking for their first win of the season will be pitted against one another when the Falcons meet the Giants in Week 3. The Giants currently sit as the favorites at -2.5. This game may be too close for some bettors. But for those who like to live on the edge, by all means, hammer down those New York football Giants.

Cardinals (-6.5) at Jaguars

The  Arizona Cardinals have become the most exciting offense to watch in the NFL this season. With a matchup looming against the biggest circus in the league, the Jaguars, this game is bound to be must-see television. The Cardinals be only -6.5 point favorites right now. They may have many bettors throwing cash at this one before the number rises.

Ravens (-7.5) at Lions

The Ravens are coming off an exciting Week 2 victory over the Kansas City Chiefs on Sunday Night Football. The team travels to Detroit to take on a Lions defense that has many holes. Expect the Ravens to put up points in this one. The Ravens were 6-2 on the road last season and are currently 0-1 on the road this year.

Saints at Patriots (PICK)

The lone pick’em game on the Week 3 schedule is between the Saints and the Patriots. Neither team has seemed to found an identity as the teams will be 1-1 when they meet. The uncertainty of the teams even has the betting community at odds about how this game will go.

Colts at Titans (-3.5)

AFC South rivals will meet again in Week 3 as the Colts take on the favored Tennessee Titans. The Titans are coming off a spectacular overtime win over the Seahawks, while the Colts are still searching for their first win. As of now, Vegas believes this rivalry will be a tight matchup.

Chargers at Chiefs (-6.5)

Minneapolis, MN/ USA - January 11, 2018 - Kansas City Chiefs Jumbo Helmet on display.

Week 3 has many division rivalries as the Chiefs and the Chargers will be added to the list. The Chiefs are 14-8 against the Chargers in the team’s matchups over the last ten years. Last season the teams split their two matchups, with the road team winning both matchups.

Jets at Broncos (-9)

Shutterstock

The Denver Broncos have quietly put together a successful start to the season. The Broncos are 2-0 as they welcome a struggling Jets team to Denver in a Week 3 matchup. The Broncos are heavy favorites in this one as the Jets are coming off a terrible Week 2 showing.

Dolphins at Raiders (-1)

Shutterstock

The Raiders come into the Week 3 matchup against the Miami Dolphins as a slight favorite. The Dolphins could be looking completely different on the offensive side of the ball as starting QB Tua Tagovailoa left their Week 2 game with a rib injury. The spread of this game is one bettors will be closely following.

Seahawks (-2.5) at Vikings

Another close betting matchup has the Seahawks as the current favorites over the Vikings in their Week 3 game.  Seattle and Minnesota are both 1-1 when it comes to covering the spread this season. Both teams will be looking to get back to their winning ways after tough Week 2 losses.

Buccaneers at Rams (-1.5)

One of the more surprising betting odds currently would be the matchup between the Buccaneers and the Rams. As of this moment, the Rams are the slight favorite in the matchup of NFC heavyweights. Both teams have managed to hit the O/U in each game this season. Bettors are likely to wait until closer to game time to make a move on this one.

Packers at 49ers (-3.5)

Minneapolis, MN/USA December 31, 2017, San Francisco 49ers Jumbo Helmet on Display for Super Bowl LII.

The San Francisco 49ers are the early favorites as they welcome Aaron Rodgers back to the team he rooted for as a child. The 49ers are 1-1 on the year when covering the spread, and the Packers have yet to play their Week two matchup against the Lions.

Eagles at Cowboys (-3.5)

The Cowboys will welcome an old rival to Jerry’s World in Week 3 when the Eagles travel to Dallas. The Cowboys are a perfect 2-0 on the season when talking about the spread. Dallas is the current favorite as the line sits at -3.5. Don’t expect the line for this one to change much throughout the week.
