Stephen A. Smith and Tim Tebow are ready for the weekend, and there will be a friendly wager at stake.
During Friday’s edition of ESPN’s First Take, Smith and Tebow made a bet surrounding this weekend’s SEC clash between the top-ranked Alabama Crimson Tide and No. 11 Florida Gators.
Stephen A. was extremely confident that the Crimson Tide will blow out Gators, while Tebow is confident that the team will keep things close.
“[Alabama’s] gonna mop y’all right out of the state,” Smith told Tebow while saying they will win by at least three touchdowns. Tebow responded, “If Florida is closer than that, how about next Friday you rock a Gator tie?” And with that, we have a deal.

Alabama and Florida will go head-to-head on Saturday, September 18 at “The Swamp” in Gainesville. Kickoff between the Crimson Tide and Gators is set for 3:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
