The Navy football program has unveiled its uniforms for this season’s game against Air Force. The uniforms, created by Under Armour, pay homage to the United States Marine Corps.
Navy’s uniforms are inspired by the iconic “Dress Blue A” uniform.
The uniforms include white gloves, black cleats, and royal blue pants with the “Blood Stripe” running down each side. The Eagle, Globe, and Anchor is represented on the helmet, shoulder, and pant, while the front of the helmet includes the Marine Corps battle cry “OORAH.”
The nameplate and back of the helmet will include the Marine Corps motto, Semper Fidelis, which is abbreviated as Semper Fi.
