‘HBO Hard Knocks: The Dallas Cowboys’ Season Premiere Sneak Peek (VIDEO)

The latest season of HBO’s Hard Knocks is set to premiere on Tuesday, August 10. This year’s season will take a close look at the Dallas Cowboys, and we now have a sneak peek at the season premiere.

Hard Knocks: The Dallas Cowboys comes with some intriguing storylines, including the health of star quarterback Dak Prescott who signed a megadeal in the offseason after suffering a gruesome ankle injury that ended his 2020 campaign.

As we can see in the episode synopsis for the season premiere, Prescott’s injury will be a focal point of the series.

“Enthusiasm is building for the 2021 Cowboys as head coach Mike McCarthy, in his second season, welcomes an intriguing mix of established veterans and highly regarded rookie hopefuls,” the synopsis for Episode 1 reads.

“As training camp begins, all eyes are on Dak Prescott, who suffered a compound right ankle fracture and dislocation in week 5 last season. Dak also celebrates his birthday with his teammates.”

Hard Knocks: The Dallas Cowboys will run from 10:00 p.m. ET to 11:00 p.m. ET on Tuesday nights, with the season finale of the five-episode series set for September 7.

The show, narrated by Liev Schreiber, will have encore plays Wednesday nights and will be available on HBO and to stream on HBO Max.
