New York Giants training camp was interrupted by a big brawl on Tuesday, with quarterback Daniel Jones getting in the mix and finding himself at the bottom of a huge pile during the scuffle.

Giants head coach Joe Judge was not happy with the developments which led to the entire team being punished.

As part of the punishment, the entire team had to run from sideline to sideline while also doing push-ups twice, according to the New York Post.

“I’m a part of the team, part of the offense, and I don’t see myself any different,” Jones said after practice.

Per observers at camp, the brawl started when running back Corey Clement took a huge hit. Tight end Evan Engram came to his defense, shoving safety Jabrill Peppers, before cornerback Logan Ryan came flying in and continued to escalate things.

As for what Judge told his players after punishing them, Jones shed some light.

“There are consequences for that kind of stuff in a game,” Jones said. “That was the message.”

The Giants officially begin their season on September 12 at home against the Denver Broncos. Kick-off at MetLife Stadium is set for 4:25 p.m. ET.
