Superman Impersonator Attempts To Stop Bus With Hand & Of Course It Goes Wrong (VIDEO)

Luiz Ribeiro de Andrade, a Brazilian Superman impersonator, decided he would attempt to stop an oncoming bus with his hand.

As you might expect, things did not go well for the 35-year-old (as seen above in the video from the Daily Mail).

Since he in fact does not have superpowers, the bus drove right through him and smacked him right into the ground. At least he was successful at making us all laugh.

To his credit, he did joke “Now I’ve seen I really am made of steel” after his failed stunt.

After it all went down, Andrade owned up to his mistake and made sure that no one would get punished for his stupidity.

“I take responsibility for everything. I went to the bus company so that the driver would not be penalized. There was no problem with the brakes. He did what he could and I acted wrong,” he said. “It’s a stunt I always do, but this time it almost turned into an accident, and it wasn’t serious because the hand of God was there. I didn’t feel anything with the knock. I was hit through my own fault and a miracle of God took place there. God acted at that time and protected me.”

God bless the internet, because otherwise moments like this would never get shared with the world.
