Good news, earthlings, life as we once knew it is closer to coming back than ever before.

On Thursday, May 13, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced its new COVID-19 guidelines and recommendations which say those who are fully vaccinated can resume activities without wearing a mask or social distancing whether that be indoors or outdoors.

You can’t go completely maskless EVERYWHERE, though, because you will still need a mask where it is required by federal, state, local, tribal, or territorial laws, including local business and workplace guidance.

Being fully vaccinated means it has been two weeks since your final dose of the COVID-19 vaccine.

Other benefits of being fully vaccinated are that you do not need to get tested or self-quarantine before or after travel.

Oh, and you can even get free fries from Shake Shack, according to New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

This is going to be one hell of a summer.
