John Keller Shooting: CMU QB ‘Fighting For His Life’ After Being Shot

John Keller, a quarterback for the Central Michigan University football team, is “fighting for his life” after being shot during a fight over the weekend, according to TMZ Sports.

The 20-year-old was struck at a party near the Central Michigan campus and the gunman is still at large.

“John was shot in the chest by an unknown assailant. Right now John is fighting for his life at Hurley Medical Center and remains in critical condition after being life flighted from another hospital nearby,” a GoFundMe page reads.

“With John’s condition being critical, medical expenses will be extensive throughout his recovery. I ask of everyone to keep John and his family in your prayers during this difficult time.”

Another student from the university was also shot during the altercation and is recovering.
