Zamar Kirven: Former Houston LB Accused Of Murdering Ex-Teammates

Zamar Kirven, a former University of Houston football player, has been arrested for the murder of two former high school teammates over the weekend.

According to TMZ Sports, Kirven shot and killed two men in the early hours of the morning on Sunday.

Kirven, 21, was arrested and booked on a capital murder charge.

No motive for the shooting was released.

Kirven earned a full scholarship to the University of Houston after starring at Mart High School. The linebacker would play in nine games as a true freshman and started five games during his sophomore campaign before being kicked off of the team for a violation of team rules in 2020.
