The Ultimate Fighting Championship returned to action this weekend with UFC Vegas 23, also known as UFC on ABC 2, at the UFC Vegas.

It marked one of the final events at the UFC Apex before the promotion begins to travel to venues that will allow live fans in attendance.

In the main event, Marvin Vettori was able to outwrestle late-replacement Kevin Holland. It was Holland’s second fight in a month where he was overwhelmed on the mat en route to a unanimous decision loss.

Following the event, the Nevada State Athletic Commission released the list of medical suspensions from Saturday’s bouts.

Among those who are facing potential six-month layoffs include Arnold Allen, Julian Marquez, and Mackenzie Dern. Vettori and Holland, meanwhile, received minimum two-week suspensions due to cuts.
