Conor McGregor says his trilogy fight with Dustin Poirier is off.

McGregor took to social media to say he would be looking for another opponent to face at UFC 264 on July 10 after he and Poirier got into a Twitter dispute over the brash Irishman allegedly ghosting Poirier’s team and failing to follow through on a $500,000 charity donation to “The Good Fight Foundation.”

McGregor continued bashing Poirier online while bashing his bank account and saying he was moving on.

“You’re ripped you inbred hillbilly,” McGregor wrote. “Why do you wink with your ears? You f*cking braindead hillbilly. 500k with no plan in place. Ye hang tight. Fool.

“You must be new to money. The fight is off btw (by the way). I’m going to fight someone else on the 10th, Good luck on your old contract kid.”

Following their last fight at UFC 257 in which McGregor was knocked out in the second round, the brash Irishman said he picked the wrong opponent while looking towards a boxing match against Manny Pacquiao that is now off of the table.

And after watching the fight back, McGregor began looking for a trilogy fight “for all the marbles” against Poirier in the future.

“[One] a piece [sic] now with a Trilogy bout for all the marbles!” McGregor wrote on Instagram. “Not a trilogy I was expecting, nor the tactical affair I was anticipating, but I’d be lying if I said this wasn’t meant to be. This is exactly how this was always meant to be!

“A little single disciplined in my approach and stance with mostly boxing. It’s what I get for picking this bout and opponent as a precursor to a boxing match against Pacman. I deserved to get the legs kicked off me going in with this thinking.”

It looks like that trilogy, however, will have to wait.
