MMA fighter Khetag Pliev may be one of the toughest men on the planet. At the very least, he has an insanely high pain tolerance because his finger snapped off during a fight at Cage Fury Fighting Championship in Philadelphia and he didn’t even notice.
Between rounds, Pliev’s corner realized he had lost his finger at some point in the bout and it was nowhere to be found.
Eventually, his finger was located inside of his glove. He was later taken to the hospital to undergo surgery and have his finger reattached.
“It was crazy,” promoter Rob Haydak said. “He didn’t even flinch. He was getting ready to do the [official] decision and I was like, ‘Uh, guys, get him out of the cage and go put his finger back on.'”

The craziest part is that Pliev wanted to keep on fighting.
Pliev had a 5-1 record prior to Thursday’s fight and he will be appealing the loss from his finger mishap. Pliev previously competed for Canada in the 2012 Olympics in freestyle wrestling.
