The Utah Jazz had a bit of a scare on Tuesday afternoon thanks to a flock of birds.
According to reports, the plane was on its way to Memphis for tomorrow night’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies when the plane had to circle back minutes after takeoff due to engine troubles.
The plane had struck a flock of birds which led to the left engine shutting down, Delta officials confirmed.
No one was injured during the incident.
Brian Schnee of Fox 13 shared photos of the damage caused by the birds on social media.
