Kobe Bryant’s family is seeking a trademark for “Mamba and Mambacita.”

The application which was filed with the U.S. Patent and Trademark office was made with the intention of using the trademark for clothing and shoes, according to TMZ Sports.

According to the report, an attorney for Kobe Bryant LLC filed the application on March 10 “for clothing … namely shirts, skirts, pants, shorts, bottoms, socks, dresses, jackets, hoodies, etc.”

Whether the family is actively looking to launch a “Mamba and Mambacita” athletic line is not known, but the groundwork would be in place if the trademark is approved.

Kobe Bryant tragically passed away in a helicopter crash at just 41 years old last year.

Other victims included Bryant’s 13-year-old daughter Gianna, John Altobelli, Keri Altobelli and Alyssa Altobelli, Christina Mauser, Sarah Chester and Payton Chester, and pilot Ara Zobayan.
